The CX reel's diecast aluminum spool and graphite frame, sideplate and rotor construction provide one extremely tough, lightweight reel. Dyna-Balance? eliminates wobble during retrieve. Power Roller II? is an oversized line roller that reduces line twist for less tangles and better casting. Super Stopper II eliminates backplay for solid hooksets, but can be turned off to allow back-reeling. Varispeed? provides a consistent spool speed for even line lay, resulting in excellent castability and manageability. Port Handle Shank reduces the overall weight of the reel.
